élan the label was founded in 2021 in Sydney Australia and is growing to become a recognised Brand with a devoted clientele. We know the price and quality of our products are enough to keep people coming back, but we’re also highly committed to customer satisfaction and giving our customers a shopping experience they won’t find elsewhere.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we offer refunds or store credit subject to the following conditions:
GARMENT RETURN CONDITIONS
The item/s must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
You will receive an email notification from your courier when our team has received your return. After receiving this notification, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be finalised. You will receive a second email when your return has been processed. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of being processed.
Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or gift card in accordance to our return conditions.
Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer returns on earrings.
All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments and returned in the original swimwear bag. The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
SALE ITEM RETURNS
Sale items are final and can not be returned.
FAULTY ITEM RETURNS
If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.
PROMOTIONAL ITEM RETURNS
Any full priced items purchased with a promotional code are eligible for a refund or gift card.
Please contact us via email@example.com to advise on your return (subject to our return conditions) and we will organise the return slip for you and email you the label to print. all you need to do is package the return and tape the label we send securely to the outside and post.
NEW ZEALAND & ASIA RETURNS
Any returns from New Zealand and Asia are at the expense of the customer. Please contact us for the returns form, this must be included with return of goods.
